My name is David Wiley. Decades long anti-war advocate, who believes in the right of self-defense against violent aggression. I have run for State legislative office twice and am very familiar with how our government and specifically the legislative process works. I am a natural born U.S. citizen with no heritage in eastern europe, but I have been to Ukraine a few times and I love the country and its people. Russia's most recent war of conquest must be stopped. The USA needs to defend our commitments to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation treaty, and its Budapest memorandum. Now is the time we must trim our bloated military spending and send every bit of excess to Ukraine for their security and for ours. If you send me I will talk in detail to our elected officials about Drawdown of surplus and unnecessary military supplies as well as delivery of usable and decommissioned military equipment. We do not need a $1 trillion military budget, we need a Ukrainian victory to deter future acts of military aggression.
