I hate to have to do this and was hoping that I could survive on my own. $30,000 would help me in the long-run, however, any amount would help as it helps me pay my car note this month. No hours at work nothing for bills

I have never been one to ask for help, but I am getting to the point that I am desperate. I got this car because I needed something dependable to help move me across the country. When I got it I was comfortably able to afford the payments, however, I recently got injured and have had to cut down on my hours at work. I am making just enough to afford food, and can barely make my rent. I have researched my options, but I am unable to reduce payments or get rid of the car without needing a down payment or hurting my credit. If I could save money or make extra payments, I would; but with my injury I am barely making enough. I try to work as much as I can, but I don't know how long it will be for me to be able to work normally again. Any generosity would be extremely helpful. If I didn't have any car payments to worry about, I could save money for emergencies like this, and education.
