Frankie’s Support

From Katie Price

I’m raising money to help cover costs of Frankie’s Blue Pearl veterinary bill. Frankie deserved a fighting chance and has touched each one of our hearts.

More Info

As some of you may know, Frankie is my work’s clinic cat that has become basically my child. He is the sweetest thing known to man. He loves everyone he meets, he gives kisses, nose boops, and loves to be held. He is the highlight of my day and I know others feel that way too.

For the last couple of weeks Frankie has been getting pickier and pickier with his food, loosing more weight and just not acting himself. We really noticed it last week when all of our tricks for getting him to eat just weren’t working. We ran bloodwork in hospital and it wasn’t good. He was extremely anemic. The doctors were stumped on all his tests and exams. One of his amazing Aunties offered to take him to Blue Pearl and get him treated where he could have over the night care and have blood transfusions that may or may not help him. This wasn’t cheap but there was no hesitation in her decision. Her love for him is amazing and something that will bring tears to your eyes. I am asking for donations because this isn’t something she should handle all on her own. No way would she ever expect anyone to donate and not once has she asked anyone for anything. Frankie is a lover and a fighter. He deserves this fighting chance even though he is 17 years old! He has so much love left to give everyone he meets.

I completely understand not everyone agrees with spending a large amount on a 17 year old cat and that not everyone has the ability to donate. Sharing helps more than you know too! There is absolutely no pressure.

I’m also using Fundly because it doesn’t take money from any of the donations. So any money donated will be given directly to his medical bills.

Thank you for donating and/or sharing. This means more to us than anyone could ever think.

P.S. He is doing well right now. He has been eating, drinking and using his litter box regularly. He is a champ for taking all his meds too. Not once did he ever stop being his loving self. Even at the hospital he was giving kisses and purring.
