My girlfriend who suffered an aneurysm in high school and lost much of her fine and gross motor skills is in a tricky situation. She is currently in an an adult care home she doesn't belong in. She also has a State appointed guardian who doesn't listen to her wishes. Between the restrictions of the care home and her guardian not listening to her. She is unable able to effectively work on regaining her motor skills, or go out and meet/interact with friends.
